Mud Sales

A unique local event, mud sales are annual auction/sales held as a fundraising event by many local fire companies. Bargains abound, along with plenty of food. They occur almost every weekend in late winter/early spring; check the website for a schedule and locations.

The King Street Seisiun

Lots of great events take place around Saint Patrick’s Day, and this downtown Lancaster block party is one of the biggest.

The Lancaster Roots and Blues Festival

Hard to believe, but there’s a great music festival in downtown Lancaster right smack dab in the middle of winter. Last year’s event featured over 75 acts.

The Snow Geese at Middle Creek
